Framework Agreements with Equinor

LVF signed a Framework Agreement with Equinor for Gate, Globe and Check Valves 2” and smaller in 2007.


In 2011 Equinor ASA regenerated the Framework Agreement with LVF according to the clause in the Original agreement.


The Framework Agreement was extended in March 2012 to include Piston check valves ≤3” and Y-type globe valves ≤3”, in addition to the original scope of Gate/Globe/Check valves ≤2”

Due to this extension of the scope, the Framework Agreement has a new SAP number:

Under this Agreement Equinor is entitled to purchase Valves as listed in the Agreement, at a fixed price either direct from LVF in Italy or from Flow Control Norways stock outside Bergen.
